Deviant help?So, I'm going out soon to get fabric (yay!) for cosplay purposes and need your help. I want to cosplay something new and I don't know what to do.
I'm tall, so it has to be a fairly tall character (like no Edward Elric or anything because that would be just ridiculous).
My skin is caramel colored (it's dark in other words). That's a challenge considering the fact that there aren't all that many dark skinned characters in anime/manga. I cosplayed Prince Soma recently (because my friends thought I was Hindu... I'm not) and that turned out amazing!
A simple outfit would be best because I am not an expert in sewing and can hardly turn on my mother's sewing machine without having a panic attack that I broke it.
Also, I'm flat as a board, meaning I have no breasts. I'm both cursed and plagued by this. I can play male characters and won't have problems when I'm older (YES!) but it's hard to play female characters that I like because of the lack of boobage.
I'm a fairly open minded person but I won't go around showing everything off. The most I've gone with cosplays showing skin is my Karin cosplay (with the short shorts and weird shirt) and I was okay with that. I won't go with things that look like underwear or anything like that.

P.S. It would be nice if you gave me a link of the character you want me to look at for cosplay... you don't have to as I'm not threatening you or anything. Just a thought.

I'm so sorry about today, Becky decided to-without telling me- invite a bunch of people to something today that was supposed to be sort of a date. I had things planned and prepared for only two people and suddenly she's like "Hey everyone's coming!" and I'm like "What?" so I had to call people and say we couldn't >>. I'm really sorry about changing plans, I had no idea Becky asked people until after she had went around and told everyone. Of all the days she wanted to hang out with people she had to choose the impossible one XD.
We miss you tons though, whenever you want on Sunday is great with us!
